Return and Refund Policy
In addition, this returns, refunds, and cancellation policy document will outline all that happens in the aftermath of a purchase made by you on our website. We want to inform our customers that we are wholly committed to providing you with the best products and services.
Before processing your orders, we perform all quality checks and take utmost care in packaging the product. Our quality packaging ensures that the goods are not damaged in transit. Besides, all our delivery personnel is well-trained to handle gifts and other items sold.
Gift Dubai Online, therefore, is not liable for any damages caused to the items and does not encourage any refunds. However, we may also conduct a thorough investigation into the matter and proffer refunds on a case-to-case basis.
We do not accept returns. It is up to the customer to doubly check the order before completing it. Any completed order will not invite any refunds from us. However, if the order provided to you is entirely WRONG, the management will investigate the matter and accept returns on a case-to-case basis.
However, the decision to acknowledge a return or provide a refund, lies only with www.giftdubaionline.com.
REFUNDS ARE NOT ENCOURAGED BY GIFT DUBAI ONLINE. IN THE EVENT THAT SUCH A REFUND MAY BE PROVIDED, IT WILL CREDITED TO THE CUSTOMERS’ WALLET, WHERE THE AMOUNT CAN ALWAYS BE REDEEMED AT A FUTURE PURCHASE.

A refund may be processed if an order is cancelled before it is processed. In such cases it will be credited to the customers’ wallet. The duration for such a refund could be anywhere between 7 to 10 working days.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.

Given the popularity of some of our products, there could be some supply constraints, due to which we may have to limit the availability of these items. While we always strive to make all products available, the quantities of purchases might vary. Any surplus amount may be refunded to the wallet, to make available subsequent purchases. Furthermore, there may be instances Gift Dubai has confirmed your order but subsequently learns that the ordered product is not in supply. At these times, a customer consent is first obtained to provide a replacement product of the same value. If the customer disagrees, then a refund may be processed into the customers’ wallet.
